General Billing Info:

Internet service is tax free under current laws. Minimum one year contract required. Early disconnect fees, as defined in the Internet Service Agreement, will apply unless the "Happy Surfer Guarantee" is used within 30 days. In order to receive Basic Installation discounts, a contract must be signed at time of installation. Activation fee of $99.99 will apply to all new accounts and is non-refundable. An additional Account Service Fee of up to $5 per month will be added to each monthly payment.

Technical and Installation Info:

Your computer must have a correctly functioning Ethernet port. Pentium class computers with Windows 98 or later, or Mac OS operating systems supported. Viruses, spyware, and other unwanted programs will slow down your computer. It is highly recommended that you have a properly maintained virus program and firewall before using any internet connection. Basic Installation includes the configuration of one computer to our modem. If you require more than a Basic Installation, a cost quote can be provided at the time of installation or site survey. You may have up to four computers connected to our internet equipment on a residential account and up to ten computers on a business account with no additional monthly account charges. No resale or swapping of internet service to other businesses or residences allowed. Activation fee, installation costs, optional networking costs, and minimum first month service will be collected at time of installation, unless other arrangements (such as split payments) have been agreed upon in advance.
